I’m having connection issues.

If you are having trouble connecting, please try these basic troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Make sure that your connecting is working by trying another internet based app such such as Safari.
  • Playing on a different device from the same connection.
  • Playing on a different connection with the same device.
  • Ensure that you have ports 4234, 9050, 443 and 80 open on your router/modem.

    Hi All.
    Just upgraded my iPad mini to iOS 9 now can't log in to " Air Combat "
    Goes through normal start up procedure. When it should go to " Hanger " page,
    it returns to iPad home screen.. Hope this is of some help. I'd like to get back to playing ?

    Please fix the network bugs. The game is awesome but the network issue is too much irritating. When I played 1v1 it disturb too much. I'm pretty sure about my network channel is too good because I have high speedy ISP connection and also have a powerful Device. Maybe the connection issue is on the opponent side, why should I lagging of. Please fix this issue.

    I have just loaded latest update on air combat ol team match. Now i cant access the at all . Very frustrating. Why would you create an update which by all reports on global chat is nothing but a hassle. Now that is has happened to me i am with the angry mob. I would like very much to continue playing this game but unfortunately volv disagree and would rather myself and many others not play their game. Sad. Also i dont understand the financial winfall of having no-one play the game. No players no money.

    I would like someone from volv to reply with the solution. Im not even going to complain about the size of the update 167mb which has ruined the game and the follow on effects of draining my data from the subsequent uninstall-reinstall. Which was costly. I am a captain of a team of 18 members so im heavily invested in this game. And would appreciatea solution in a timely fashion thank you

    Wtf . get your shit together we all have spent alot of money keeping you in your lap of luxury. So how about telling whats going on .or just just use some of that money to fix it.

    -sigh- Well, I've submitted a ticked reporting the "ServerError" bullshit. I'll bet they'll try to tell me to reset my phone, reset my network connection, or uninstall and reinstall the app (all three of which I did) instead of actually admitting fault and fixing the issue.

    But then again, I've been wrong before in my aspect of sarcasm. Still, this outage sucks.

    And I would strongly advise that all of you want to fly and haven't sent in support tickets pertaining to this issue yet, please do so now. It's going to take a flood to get their attention.

    me and sifis reported this over 10 hours ago, and not only was nothing solved, but more people reported the same problem. Also, cover on the Facebook page too, the community tab has countless people reporting. I hope they will fix soon or we will lose the daily prize.
